transystem introduces bluetooth gps receivers with new Nemerix chipset

Taiwanese manufacturer tranststem is getting ready to release 6 new bluetooth GPS receivers with the new nemerix chipset. The new models are the i-Blue717, i-Blue727, i-Blue737, i-Blue747, i-Blue757, and the i-tracker. Out of these 6 new models, the last three, are significantly different than the others.

The i-Blue747 is a GPS data logger as well as a bluetooth GPS receiver, and the i-Blue757 is a GPS receiver with a solar panel so it can stay-on for hours and hours. The last one, i-tracker, is a GPS tracker which includes a GSM module so it can talk to a PC or send SMS to pre-determined cell phone number.

The i-Blue717, 727, and 737 all feature a patent-pending technologies such as Smart Power Save Mechanism and Fuzzy Auto On/Off so they know to shutdown automatically when in idle, consuming 65% less power than the rest of the receivers in the market while lasting for more than 30 hours.
